Required documents for ".gov.tr"
- Signed and stamped permission document on letterhead given by the highest authority of the domain owner organization for the allocation of the domain name or
- "Domain Allocation Form" must be sent by the authorized person, signed and stamped.
Required documents for ".bel.tr"
- Signed approval document by the mayor of the municipality that will use the domain name for the allocation of the domain name or
- "Domain Allocation Form" must be sent by the authorized person, signed and stamped.
Required documents for ".tel.tr"
- In order for the domain name allocation to be made quickly, no documents will be requested during application and allocation by the ".tr" Domain Name Administration or the authority authorized by it. However; if there is evidence of contradiction (inconsistency), bad faith or domain name trading regarding the allocated domain name, the person to whom the domain name is allocated may be asked to submit supporting documents. In case of any dispute, documents such as the contract with the relevant institution, the last paid invoice will be accepted as the basis for the ownership of the phone number.

- In order for the domain name allocation to be made quickly, no documents will be requested during application and allocation by the ".tr" Domain Name Administration or the authorities authorized by it. However, by the ".tr" Domain Name Administration or the authorities authorized by it; if there is evidence of contradiction (inconsistency), bad faith or domain name trading regarding the allocated domain name, the person to whom the domain name is allocated may be asked to submit supporting documents. In cases such as disputes, objections or if deemed necessary and requested by the relevant authorities, documents such as identity cards, professional identity cards, inheritance certificates will be accepted as valid.
Required documents for ".av.tr"
- regarding the allocation of the ".av.tr" subdomain, 3 groups of documents have been prepared under the headings of information note, rules and undertaking by the TBB, and these documents have been presented to users at http://www.barobirlik.org.tr/avtr/.
- In order for ".av.tr" extension domain names to be allocated; following the application made to us, the online application form on the Union of Turkish Bar Associations (TBB) website must be filled out. Following this process, the domain name application made will be audited by the TBB Informatics Coordination Office within the framework of "av.tr Domain Name Allocation Rules", and if appropriate, approval will be given by the TBB. The applied domain name will be allocated following the approval to be sent from the TBB.
Required documents for ".dr.tr"
- For the allocation of this domain name, some documents requested by the TMA must be submitted to the TMA. Relevant documents are presented to users at http://www.ttb.org.tr/drtr. Applied domain names are allocated taking into account the approval letter to be sent to the ".tr" Domain Name Administration by the TMA.
- The "first come first served" principle applies to domain name allocation.
Required documents for ".k12.tr"
- If the organization requesting the domain name is a public school, a signed and stamped written permission document given by the directorate of primary, high schools and equivalent schools on letterhead, or the Domain Allocation Form must be sent by the authorized person, signed and stamped.
- If the organization requesting the domain name is a private school, the Institution Opening Permission Certificate given by the Ministry of National Education and the Workplace Opening and Working License obtained by applying to the relevant municipality must be sent.
Required documents for ".edu.tr"
- For the allocation of the domain name, a written permission document on letterhead given by the rectorate of the university that will use the domain name, signed by the rector or the relevant person with 1st degree signature authority and stamped or
- "Domain Allocation Form" must be sent by the authorized person, signed and stamped.

- For the allocation of the domain name, the signed and stamped approval document of the General Directorate of Security of the police organization that will use the domain name or
- "Domain Allocation Form" must be sent by the authorized person, signed and stamped.
